Boston was the setting last Saturday, the 17th, for one of the most significant events of the year for the cleaning industry in the United States. The gathering brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals from the cleaning business for a strategic immersion focused on building structured, scalable companies with the potential to reach multimillion-dollar revenues.

Conceived and produced by Núbia Gonçalves, CEO of Pink Cleaning, the event presented the key pillars that drive the transformation of a cleaning business into a highly profitable company. The program went far beyond basic operations, addressing topics such as brand positioning, professional management, scalability, leadership, and service standardization—essential elements for sustainable growth in the U.S. market.
According to Núbia Gonçalves, the event was created to expand entrepreneurs’ perspectives on the true potential of the sector. “The cleaning market goes far beyond execution. When there is strategic vision, professional management, and the right positioning, the cleaning business becomes a solid, scalable, multimillion-dollar company. Our goal here in Boston is to guide entrepreneurs to this next level,” said the CEO of Pink Cleaning.
In addition to the strategic content, the event also featured the presence of well-known figures among the Brazilian community. Highlights included influencer Matheus Lucas and entrepreneur Lucas Faxineiro, who shared their experiences and behind-the-scenes insights into their entrepreneurial journeys, reinforcing the importance of discipline, consistency, and a long-term vision for business growth in the United States.
The event positioned Boston as one of the emerging hubs of Brazilian entrepreneurship in the country and reinforced Pink Cleaning’s leadership as a reference in the sector. The initiative demonstrated that the cleaning market, when properly structured, can evolve into a solid, highly profitable business with a meaningful impact on the local economy.
