Under the leadership of Vitória Guarizo, Co-Founder and CEO, the project is entering a new chapter of international expansion and strategic restructuring, positioning itself as a model for inclusive practices worldwide. What began in Brazil as a grassroots effort to connect trans professionals with inclusive companies has now evolved into a structured ecosystem of opportunity and innovation.

“Every step reinforces how much Vitória Seal carries real purpose and impact,” said Guarizo. “I’m very proud of what we are building—not just for the results, but for the transformation we promote.”

With more than five thousand registered participants, Vitória Seal demonstrates that inclusion can be professional, structured, and sustainable. Its certification program recognizes companies that actively create spaces for gender-diverse talent and implements training programs to foster safer, more equitable workplaces.

From Social Initiative to Global Platform

The current phase of Vitória Seal is driven by a trio of female leaders: Vitória Guarizo (CEO and Co-Founder), Daniela Porto (COO), and Fada (Founder and CMO). Together, they have transformed what started as a social project into a global brand of cultural transformation, blending advocacy, strategic management, and creative positioning.

For Guarizo, this phase is also deeply personal. She recently embraced her public identity as Vitória, marking a milestone in authenticity, leadership, and visibility. Her journey reflects how personal empowerment can translate into systemic change for underrepresented communities.

Bridging Talent and Opportunity

In Brazil, where only 4% of trans people have formal employment, according to ANTRA, Vitória Seal acts as a bridge between talent and opportunity. The initiative connects trans professionals to companies genuinely committed to inclusion and diversity.

“Vitória Seal wants to prove that diversity is more than a topic—it’s a force for innovation,” said Fada, Founder and CMO.

Daniela Porto, COO, ensures that every partnership and internal process upholds transparency and sustainability—principles that have driven the project’s rapid and responsible growth.
